Let the nations go back on Gold Standard and establish their own Climate Change Adoptation Fund (CCAF) and proceed and attend to their program. This website has enough legality and Financial History to back up small to Muti-Trillion Dollars Climate Change and Global warming program. They have collateral back up to singlely stand and fund the Entire Global Climate Change programs.
