I'm doing some research on REDD and how it may benefit both biodiversity conservation and local people for an MSc Thesis I have to write this year. So this type of discussion summary is very useful for me, and I've been following your REDD monitor posts regularly. No need to apologize for length of post. If anything, I would like to see MORE comments from your end, not fewer. In the end the word "rights" did not make it into the draft. Do you think there is a chance that this may yet get in by the end of the year? And what would it mean if it does not?
